Smoked Salmon - Demerara Sugar (6 pouches)

6 x 227g pouches of wild Pink Salmon prepared in Demerara Sugar and Hardwood Smoked . 

Made from wild Canadian pink salmon, full fillets are sugared, cold smoked, portioned then heat processed in gold foil pouches.  This results in a shelf stable product (soft can) that does not require refrigeration until being opened.

Wild pink salmon, Demerara Sugar,  salt, natural hardwood smoke.

Serve as an appetizer with crispy crackers, a mild cheese and green olives.
