Teriyaki marinade ingredients: Sockeye Salmon, Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate; less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), Sake (water, rice, koji (aspergillus oryaze)), garlic, ginger, olive oil, cornstarch, xanthan gum
Teriyaki marinade contains wheat, soy and sulphites.
