Frozen 550g packs of Spanish Grill-Ready Octopus portions. Made from Pacific octopus caught in waters off Vancouver Island.
550g pack contains 265g of octopus meat.
Chef Brandon's original creation, this product is already cooked and is best served broiled or grilled. Marinated in oil-based mixture featuring garlic, olives, paprika and lemon.
Thaw in fridge overnight. Remove from octopus oil, place in cookie sheet on top rack closest to broiler and heat for 2 minutes. Remove, dip in liquid, flip and broil 2 more minutes. Repeat again for 6 minutes of broiling total and enjoy.
Thaw in fridge overnight. Remove octopus from oil and grill until lightly charred on both sides, basting periodically with liquid from package.
