It's great with Cod alone, but don't be afraid to add a few diced scallops or crumble a couple of oz. of smoked salmon in for an even more sumptuous treat!
Easy steps to a delicious chowder:
Remove spice pack and set aside. Empty remaining vegetables into a bowl and pour 2 cups boiling water over them. Cover and let sit 12 mins to rehydrate vegetables.
Saute spice pack in 3 tbsp butter in medium saucepan over med-high heat for 3 mins, stirring until thick and bubbly.
Stir 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy) into saute, add rehydrated vegetables.
Add 1lb cubed , cooked cod chunks, bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
