Includes 140 recipes by 79 contributors, among 240 pages with photos, profiles, and even some gardening tips.
Our own Chef Brandon Pirie has a profile, and features our Teriyaki Salmon recipe (colloquially dubbed 'The Wedding Recipe' on Quadra).
