 Longline caught in Haida Gwaii, offloaded in Prince Rupert.  Frozen, boneless, skinless & sushi grade.

1 LB, 1/4 LB and 1/2 LB Portions caught September of 2022 by The Pacific Baron out of Prince Rupert.

One method we love: Salt & Vinegar Halibut

1 pound halibut fresh or thawed
1 bag salt and vinegar chips
2 eggs for egg wash
½ cup of flour
Preheat oven to 350F. Crush bag of salt and vinegar chips into crumbs or small flakes. Cut halibut into 1-1.5 inch square strips. Roll in flour. Dip in egg wash. Roll in salt and vinegar chip crumbs.
Place on wire cooking rack over an oven safe tray. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
