Frozen skewers of bacon wrapped Hokkaido scallop medallions. Each pack contains 340g and 12 pieces total (3 skewers of 4 medallions each).
Cooking instructions Grill:
- Thaw in the fridge overnight
- Preheat grill to medium-high
- Grill on one side for 7-10 mins
- Turn and grill for another 7-10 mins or until the bacon crisps up.
Cooking instructions Air Fryer:
- Thaw in the fridge overnight
- Preheat Air fryer to 400
- Fry for 5-8 minutes
- Turn and fry for another 5-8 minutes until bacon crisps up.
Chefs tip: baste with Maple Syrup during cooking for an extra special treat!
