M-grade is minimum 1.5LBs cooked
Instructions: steam for 5 minutes from frozen, remove legs and steam body another 10 minutes. After removing meat serve with aioli and a squeeze of lemon while it's hot. Alternatively, thaw and serve cold with the same and chopped chives.
