Bacon Wrapped Hokkaido Scallop Medallions

Frozen skewers of bacon wrapped Hokkaido scallop medallions.  Each pack contains 340g and 12 pieces total (3 skewers of 4 medallions each). 

Cooking instructions Grill:

1. Thaw in the fridge overnight
2. Preheat grill to medium-high
3. Grill on one side for 7-10 mins
4. Turn and grill for another 7-10 mins or until the bacon crisps up.

Cooking instructions Air Fryer:

1. Thaw in the fridge overnight
2. Preheat Air fryer to 400
3. Fry for 5-8 minutes
4. Turn and fry for another 5-8 minutes until bacon crisps up.
   

Chefs tip: baste with Maple Syrup during cooking for an extra special treat!
